Digital test-series purchases are normally treated as access-based products. Once access is delivered, refund approval should depend on duplicate payment, failed unlock, or technical issues verified by the support team.

If a payment is captured but access is not activated, students should contact support with the registered email, phone number, and payment reference. Verified issues should be resolved by unlock or refund, based on the failure type.
